The Yard

The house is on 2/3 acre. The yard is professionally landscaped and has beautiful echinacea and roses and lilies, and many mature trees.



It is often compared to a private park.


The kitchen opens onto the deck, which has a sectional canvas awning in the summer. There is a gas barbecue, with a bench, chairs, and a side table.

Off the deck is a brick patio with 4 chairs and a table.
Adjacent to the patio is a glass-enclosed hot tub, which seats four.

 

The yard has two ponds and three waterfalls with small fish and many pink and white waterlilies.

There is a bridge you can walk over between the upper and lower pond to a patio among the trees and flowers.

In the front yard is a gazebo among the hedges, trees, and lilacs, where flowering vines grow.
