The House
The house is available for rent on a short-term basis for a minimum of one week. It was designed by architect Greg Armstrong, who has created some of the most interesting high-end houses in Idaho Falls. Built in 1990, the house is 5,860 square feet, about 5,000 of which is available to the public. The remainder is private. The house is mostly furnished. There are three stories - the basement, the main level and upstairs.
Enter the house into a foyer with oak floors
and a sweeping staircase with a brass chandelier. 
Bedrooms and Baths
There are four bedrooms:
the Moroccan Room upstairs,
the Garden Room upstairs,
and the Sea Room upstairs, 
and the Library on the main level.
There is a full bath with double sinks on the second floor, which is shared by the Garden Room and the Sea Room.
The Moroccan Room has a three-quarter bath en suite. 
The Main Floor has a guest bathroom (half bath) used by Library guests.
There is a bathroom in the basement with a steam shower, also used by Library guests and by other guests when the Library is unoccupied. The shower functions as a normal shower as well.

features a Great Room with 19-foot ceilings.

The kitchen area has a large island and plenty of counter and cabinet space. There are two counter stools and the kitchen is fully outfitted. Most cabinets are available for use. A few are private.

The dining area of the Great Room has a table and six chairs. Placemats, napkins and tablecloths are also provided.
The living room area of the Great Room has an oversized chair and a leather sofa in front of the brick-front gas fireplace.

The formal living/dining room has a leather sofa and loveseat, a large chair, and a 32" tv for viewing videos and DVDs, which has cable and HBO.

The laundry room doubles as an office and has a large-capacity, front-loading washer and dryer, a steamer, ironing board, and iron. It has a games closet. It also has a built-in desk complete with office supplies and a Hewlett Packard printer and fax machine. It has Internet access through ethernet in the Laundry Room and wirelessly throughout the house. The laundry room opens to the three-car garage.

has natural light from two windows and has a door with access to the backyard.


It has a mirrored dance floor /exercise room with
a weight bench and hand weights.
It has a large living room area with a wet bar and a gas fireplace. There are four bar stools at the bar, along with a microwave for popping popcorn.

The game room adjoins the living room and has an airhockey table 
and darts.
A hallway leads to the bathroom/steam room, and at the end of the hall is a movie theater.

The movie theater has two couches with reclining seats, which can seat 6-8 people.

There is a DVD and videotape library for your enjoyment.

The 60-inch television has cable with HBO, as well as a DVD player, a VCR,and surround sound with Bose speakers.
